After moving to Arizona from the south coast of England in 1993, Danielle Hacche learned to adore the desert landscape and patterns so commonly found in the Southwest. Danielle received a BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, but now resides in Phoenix.
Danielle's project, MAIUS, provides high quality archival prints of her original paintings that she constructed on paper using acrylic, micron pen, graphite and gouache.
MAIUS is the third month of the ancient Roman calendar. May is Danielles birth month and Mae is also the name of Danielle's grandmother who encouraged her creativity and design.
